I've had the honor of a 25 year career in the hairdressing industry as a stylist and educator for newer professionals.
My journey as a gender affirming coach began in 2014 when my daughter started to come out as transgender. We were fortunate to have a close, trusting relationship so she felt safe sharing her vulnerabilities with me. Like any parent who wants the best for their child, I was eager to support her in any way she needed. I learned a lot as we navigated her identity shifts. This experience was a pivotal time in my own life as her self discovery helped me to accept my own gender identity.
